With the number of new coronavirus patients decreasing, the disease threat level was lowered to level 1 on October 12.
As a result, many facilities that were closed have reopened including indoor concert halls, karaoke rooms, buffets, and more. However, preventive measures such as wearing masks, measuring temperatures, and recording visitors are still in place.
In particular, the previous regulation on keeping gatherings limited to 10 people has been relaxed to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. Sports events can now receive fans but it is limited to 30% capacity.
